tee hee tee hee tee hee!! Got my plane ticket!! I'm going to London Baby, YEAH! lol Am STILL in state of shock after events of today!
Almost had a heart attack earlier. Suddenly BA flight had jumped to $630+! Oi! Called them concerned since special was supposed to be thru today. BA phone rep said actually cheapest price was $613 and thru the 24th this month? Huh? Online is supposed to be cheaper. PLUS online price already included $10 discount for subscribing to emails from site. V. odd. Checked priceline.com, etc. and cheapest was $595. Could not believe for once, site was cheaper than BA. Was about to book there and decided one more time to go thru BA. Signed in, clicked on London Specials Icon... Suddenly flight was cheaper than original price!! OMG! Now flight was $578 with discount! Tried to remain calm. Double checked flight info a million and one times before hitting enter. Immediately called Jude and made sure she got same price over phone. Are both now officially traveling to England. May 27th thru June 7th 2004 for cheaper than planned!! Hurrah!
It's me. Talked with Jude till late last night. Am v. exhausted. But at least we both now have big long list of things to get done in next week or two. Am attempting to ride along with friend on road trip next weekend to see Jude. Have many things to discuss and finish for trip.
Am buying plane ticket next week. Yay! Already put $ down on Potter Tour trip. Rest is due 4/5. Also owe tax $ this year. v. bad. Will find a way to work it all out. Hopefully. Not having $ for food is good. Not eating means less Bridge all around.
Am v. impressed with the pretty things Jude has added to the site. V. nice indeed. :) Can't wait to see the other stuff she is working on. Whee!
Finished signing up for ebay. Will soon have auctions of near and dear things from my collection up for sale. Much $ is needed and my flat is too small anyways. Hopefully will get even more traffic from auctions directed to this site.
Went to have passport processed. Amazingly enough passport picture was not altogether hideous. Actually v. good. Should receive in month or two. Am mailing Jude forms to complete hers asap.
School has been v. tough lately. My boss is on vacation and have been v. busy at work trying to get stuff done before he left. V. stressed.
Met Fred & George & Neville when they visited CA last weekend. My how they do grow up! V. sweet and charming boys. Wanted to inform them of my upcoming trip to their beautiful country. Strangest thing happened. Could not utter a word for longest time. Finally got voice. Asked ONE question. Have problem shutting up normally, but F & G made me nervous. ;P Did find out GOF starts filming end of April. Whee! Perhaps Jude & I will be lucky enough to have it finish up whilst we are there. Also found out UK Premiere is May 30th. Oh joy! Will be in England! Have already decided to forgo Paris for camping out at red carpet. Am v. excited!
am wondering if and when jude is ever going to help me start getting our list of sights to see together. am v. busy with work and school and cannot do it alone. am going to try and get list of sights to see in paris done this weekend so i can return books and get money back. am totally broke and have already spent plane ticket $ on other things. ugh. v. bad start to england trip project.
